Fetish and polished!

I am always very impressed by the very sophisticated girls. I love them.! fabulous girls must wear fabulous nail polish. It doesn't really matter if you are using the best brand in the market, not necessarily the london brand by superpolished!

It is the color that counts! and the shape of the nails too..so if your someone who really doesn't know how to cut beautiful nails have it cut by someone who knows! P100 isn't that expensive?!  Oh my God I remember my nails before.. yeah I so love my nails...

I had this pictures for while....

super! now? eerr just trying hard to make this beautiful again. I wanna start it from today, and to start with?

Thus let’s sort out how to choose best nail polish that would be easy to apply…

The nail polish brush. It shouldn’t reach the bottom of the nail polish bottle as well as be too short. It is better to opt for medium-size nail polish brush with equal accurately gathered fibers and it should be even!

Next, its the nail polish bottle. I like shapes and beautifully shaped bottle is kinda tempting ayt?? but it is not practical to buy nail polish with bizarre-shape for nail polish particles would get stuck in its bends.! agree?? just saying...

Colors as I've said colors and brand doesn't matter but if your nails require extra care it is better to use special base coat that contains various wholesome components..

These are just ideas for a starter from a starter like me!! hahaha  well tha is why I got a video here...

It is helpful right?? I am thinking of doing my own video doing my own nail... hmmm lmme ask help from my poging boyfriend for that..he will be my camera man.. ( kung papayag yun??haha )...-

Oh! Migraine!

Today, let's talk about migraine. If you are wondering why... well I just spent my new year at DMSF hospital because of the fuckin migraine!!! and worst! I stayed home alone!! nasayang tuloy and double pay.. arrgh!! and because of it I decide to serach about migraine.

Here are some facts about it:

Migraine is a chronic neurological disorder characterized by moderate to severe headaches, and nausea. It is about three times more common in women than in
men. ( wikipedia ).

Migraine headaches result from a combination of blood vessel enlargement and the release of chemicals from nerve fibers that coil around these blood vessels. During the headache, an artery enlarges that is located on the outside of the skull just under the skin of the temple (temporal artery). This causes a release of chemicals that cause inflammation, pain, and further enlargement of the artery. (medical newstoday.com)

• headache is unilateral (affecting one half of the head)
• May last from 2 to 72 hours
•symptoms include nausea, vomiting, photophobia (increased sensitivity to light) and phonophobia (increased sensitivity to sound )
• the more you move, the more it aches!
• perceive an aura—transient visual, sensory, language, or motor disturbances signaling the migraine will soon occur.
• worst! black out!

Types of Migraines

It is estimated that nearly one out of hundred people suffer from migraine which is of two types. The first type is the common migraine where the person suffering from migraine will not encounter any auras which mean that there will be no flashes of light when they develop the pain of migraine. The other type is the migraine which is combined with auras that is the person has visions about flashes of light and may also see zigzag lines or blind spots in their visions. The person may also feel some tingling sensation in the legs or the arms.

What causes migraines?

Some people who suffer from migraines can clearly identify triggers or factors
that cause the headaches, but many cannot. Potential migraine triggers include:
•Allergies and allergic reactions
•Bright lights, loud noises, and certain odors or perfumes
•Physical or emotional stress
•Changes in sleep patterns or irregular sleep
•Smoking or exposure to smoke
•Skipping meals or fasting
•Alcohol
•Menstrual cycle fluctuations, birth control pills, hormone fluctuations
during menopause onset
•Tension headaches
•Foods containing tyramine (red wine, aged cheese, smoked fish, chicken livers, figs, and some beans), monosodium glutamate (MSG), or nitrates
(like bacon, hot dogs, and salami)
•Other foods such as chocolate, nuts, peanut butter, avocado, banana, citrus, onions, dairy products, and fermented or pickled foods.
Triggers do not always cause migraines, and avoiding triggers does not always prevent migraines.

Studies shows that genetic influence has the highest percentage of having a  migraine headaches. Moreover, fluctuating hormone levels indicate a migraine relation: 75 % of adult patients are women, although migraine affects approximately equal numbers of prepubescent boys and girls.

How is migraine treated and prevented?

Migraine treatment (abortive therapies) and prevention (prophylactic therapies) focus on avoiding triggers, controlling symptoms, and taking medicines. Over-the-counter medications such as naproxen, ibuprofen, acetaminophen ( paracetamol), and other analgesics like Excedrin (aspirin with caffeine) are often the first abortive therapies to eliminate the headache or substantially reduce pain. Anti-emetics may also be employed to control symptoms such as nausea and vomiting.

Propensity to migraine headache sometimes disappears during pregnancy, but in some women, migraines may become more frequent.
